Pico de Gallo



Ingredients:
2-3 tomatoes deseeded and chopped into small cubes
1 small green chilli deseeded and finely minced
1 spring onion or 1-2 tbs finely chopped purple onion
2 tsps chopped fresh coriander
Salt
Lime juice (optional)

Directions:
Mix all veggies together, use more onion if you like. Dress with salt and lime juice.
