Ingredients:
4 tubs ready custard (1/3 to ½ cup each depending on the brand)
2 boxes lite breakfast cream (I use Almarai)
1 cup muesli or muesli bars broken in small pieces
Fresh or frozen berries
Sugar to taste
Topping of your choice
Directions:
Chop up fruits and add a tablespoon or two of sugar to it and set aside for 20 minutes till sugar dissolves and fruit lets out a syrupy liquid.
Mix cold custard and cream well in a bowl.
In 4 dessert glasses add a layer of fruit and syrup, a layer of custard cream, a layer of muesli bits, more custard then top with a piece of fruit, a whipped cream rosette , slivered almonds, broken pecans or all of them together.
Cool in the fridge and serve.
